Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between DrLeadGen, a business name of Avieros, a Delaware corporation ("we"), and the practice that signs up ("you"). You accept them when you tick the box on drleadgen.com/start, or when you reply yes to our email and we put your page live for you.
1. The service
We build and run a consultation check for your practice at drleadgen.com/p/(your practice). Patients answer six anonymous multiple-choice questions and get a readiness score. Patients who score 70 or more and can meet within two weeks see your booking link. Everyone else is shown your office phone and website. Every Monday we email you the previous week's totals.
2. No patient information
The consultation check does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth or free text, and is not designed to receive protected health information. Do not ask us to collect it. If you later want follow-up on patients who aren't ready yet, that will need a separate written agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement, before anything changes.
3. Fees
Your first 30 days are free and no card is required. After the free 30 days you pay $150 for each ready patient, capped at $1,500 in any calendar month. A ready patient is an anonymous visitor to your page who scores 70 or more on the consultation check, says they can be seen within two weeks, and presses "Choose a consultation time". Each visit counts at most once. On the 1st of each month we email an invoice, with a link to pay by card, for the ready patients recorded in the previous month, payable within 14 days. Your Monday report shows the same count so you can check it against your own calendar. If no ready patient is recorded in a month, there is no charge for that month. Ad spend, if you run ads, is separate and paid by you directly to the ad platform.
4. Cancelling
Month to month. Either side can end the service at any time by email to waylon@drleadgen.com. Ready patients recorded before the end date are still invoiced. When the service ends we take your page down within 7 days.
5. Your approval and your content
You approve your page yourself: on drleadgen.com/start you enter your practice details and see exactly what patients will see. Your page goes live as soon as you submit it. To change anything later, email waylon@drleadgen.com and we'll make the change. You are responsible for the accuracy of your procedures, booking link and phone number. You own your name, logo, content and the page copy we write for you. We own the software, the scoring method and the DrLeadGen platform.
6. No medical advice, no guaranteed results
The page helps patients decide whether to book a consultation. It never comments on candidacy, risks, outcomes or recovery, and the score says nothing medical. All medical decisions are yours. We don't promise any number of visits, consultations, procedures or revenue.
7. Your results
If you agree in writing, we may publish your real weekly totals after you approve the wording. Totals never identify a patient.
8. Limit of liability
Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither side is liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
9. Law and changes
Illinois law governs these terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Peoria County, Illinois. If we change these terms, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
